Tim Drummond has been a part of the Ottawa real estate community since 1988, after many years in the development industry, where he was involved in the design and development of several landmark properties.

Tim has both extensive knowledge and expertise of real estate and has both Associate Broker and Real Estate Planner designations. Tim has a reputation for appraising properties (the right price at the right time).

With specialization in established neighbourhoods, ”in-fill”, heritage properties, substantial homes and the popular loft and downtown condo markets, areas of the city of particular interest to him, include the Market, Glebe, Old Ottawa south, Centretown/Canal, Rockcliffe Park, New Edinburgh/Lindenlea and Alta Vista.
